Dr. Samuel Stephen Nii Laryea Adjei is a distinguished voice in strategic human capital leadership and organisational transformation.
As a senior HR executive with over 15 years of experience across Ghana’s banking, energy, and consulting sectors, he brings a rich, real-world perspective on building high-performance cultures, navigating complex change, and turning human capital into a definitive competitive advantage.
As a compelling speaker, Samuel translates theory into actionable insight, drawing from his hands-on experience leading large-scale mergers, designing integrative talent frameworks, and architecting leadership pipelines.
His sessions are known for their strategic depth, practical relevance, and focus on creating resilient, future-ready organisations. His expertise spans leadership development, change management, performance ecosystems, and strategic talent cultivation.
He is particularly passionate about how intentional mentorship and continuous learning can unlock organisational potential and drive sustainable growth.
Samuel holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD.) in Leadership and Development , a Masters of Philosophy (MPhil.) in Leadership and Development, a Masters of Education (MEd.) in Measurement and Evaluation, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelors of Education (BEd.) in Mathematics Education.
Dr. Adjei is a professionally trained teacher and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRI). As a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (Ghana), his insights are grounded in both academic rigour and proven professional practice.
Dr. Adjei currently works with the Ghana National Gas Company (Ghana Gas) as the Human Resource Manager.
