Welcome to the SPE Ghana Section, one of the largest sections globally, boasting over 2,000 members. Our members comprise a diverse group of professionals ranging from drilling and completions engineers to production and operations specialists, as well as HSE practitioners, amongst several other energy-related professions.

Our primary goal is to enable the global oil and gas EP industry to share technical knowledge required to meet the world's energy needs safely, responsibly and sustainably. We achieve this by collecting, disseminating and exchanging technical knowledge on the exploration, development and production of oil and gas resources, energy transition, and related technologies, for the benefit of the public. Additionally, we provide opportunities for industry and academic professionals to enhance their technical and professional competence.
