SPE Ghana Student Awards SPE Ghana Section invites Student Members and Chapters to showcase their contributions. The awards event will occur during the Ghana Biennial International Summit and Exhibition (GH-BISE) 2026. The application is in two (2) folds; one for the Most Outstanding Student Member Award, and the other for the Most Outstanding Student Chapter Award. You may choose to apply just for one. However, Chapter applications must only be done by a Chapter Executive. Navigate the application forms for the respective awards with the named buttons, in the next section. Read all information carefully before starting your application, to avoid mistakes that might cause disqualification. Submission deadline: 31st March 2026. For each application, you will be required to download and fill a Technical Form. You can download the forms by clicking the buttons below. Student Evidence-based Form Chapter Evidence-based Form Apply Here Student Award Application Chapter Application Most Outstanding SPE Ghana STUDENT MEMBER for the 2025/2026 Academic Year SPE-Ghana Section intends to acknowledge and appreciate hard-working individuals who have contributed to the growth of their respective Chapters, SPE-Gh, and by extension to SPEI for the 2025/2026 calendar years. Applicants would be awarded at the National Student Conference. SPE-Gh will call for applications from 1st to 31st March 2026. Interested Applicants should apply with relevant proof documents before the deadline. Eligibility Criteria for Applicants To be eligible for the Outstanding Student Member of any SPE Student Chapter, the applicant must: Be an active student member of any chapter in Ghana for at least two years. Not have benefited from the award in the past three years; Apply and submit a Completed Application Form with supporting evidence Before the deadline for the submission of the application; Submit only one application; Note: Attach all required documents as a single pdf file before uploading as an attachment. Name the document in the format: Most Outstanding Student Member [Your Name] Failure to comply with the above (Note) renders your disqualification. Key Assessments Areas: Ability to: 1. Demonstrate activeness for at least two years as a Student Chapter Member; 2. Prove serving in a variety of roles at Chapter level and beyond; 3. Prove of recruiting others to join SPE; 4. Prove participating in various Chapter, Section or SPEI functions; 5. Prove offering volunteering services during Chapter, Section or SPEI functions; 6. Promote SPE at other functions; 7. Key Assessments Areas: Ability to: Demonstrate activeness and SPEI compliance for at least two years as a Student Chapter; Submit annual Chapter reports by 30th April 2026; Prove percentage increase of membership for at least the past two years; Show percentage retention of registered students for at least the past two years; Prove to organize Energy4Me, SPE-Care, Seminars, Technical Sessions, Mentorship Programmes, General Meetings, field trips, etc; Prove involvement (participation and serving) in Section and International events; Prove to offer volunteering services during Chapter, Section, or SPEI functions; Prove to receive any official recognition for demonstrating outstanding activities or performing various functions on campus or outside campus; Provide any other relevant proof of service.
