From the Chair.
Distinguished members of the Society of Petroleum Engineers Ghana Section, respected Board Members, Directors, Past Officers, colleagues, friends, ladies and gentlemen, I extend you warm greetings.
I am truly honored to serve as Chair for the 2025/2026 service year. I sincerely thank the Board and Directors for this trust and salute all our past officers for their dedication to selfless service. You have laid a
strong foundation, and it is on this that we will continue our journey.
As we move forward, our focus will be on exchanging technical knowledge, professional development, and addressing global energy challenges. As a quick reminder, the Society of Petroleum Engineers
is more than an organization; it is a worldwide community of engineers, geoscientists, educators, researchers, managers, policymakers, and students. Together, we share knowledge, foster
innovation, and shape the future of energy.
We call on all non-members willing to operate in any part of the Energy industry to connect with us for world-class technical resources, global networks, career development opportunities, and a
platform to influence a safe and sustainable energy future.
We are eagerly looking forward to our flagship Ghana Biennial International Symposium and Exhibition, which will host professionals from around the globe to exchange ideas, showcase innovation, and
strengthen Ghana's role in the energy dialogue. We look forward to your full participation as well as other innovative programs.
However, none of this can happen without us working together. It will take unity, creativity, and commitment from every member to keep SPE Ghana a vibrant, forward-looking society we all aspire it to be.
Let us therefore embrace this new season with optimism and purpose. Together, we will build on our legacy and set new milestones for the future of energy in Ghana and beyond.
Thank you.
