Entrepreneurial Mindset

During the latest SPE Ghana Academic and Student Liaison Committee Webinar Series, Stephane ‘Abbas’ Miezan, President of the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI), shared valuable insights on cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset.

He emphasized the importance of discovering that one unique edge—the “little secret” that sets individuals apart in their entrepreneurial journey. A key takeaway from the session was the reality that life is a cycle of seasons—there will be moments of doubt, challenges, and uncertainty. However, it is in these moments that passion and purpose must guide decisions.

According to Miezan, the entrepreneurial path is not always straightforward, but self-belief, resilience, and adaptability are crucial for success. Whether in business or personal growth, understanding one’s unique value and embracing challenges as opportunities for learning can make all the difference.
